Racetinovac Bay, Croatia — This beautiful 8 hectare coastal green pastured land is located on the island of Ciovo in Racetinovac Bay. It’s also not far from the nation’s capital international airport. Velocity Tower, Sheffield UK — Select Group acquires 169 apartments on the 21st floor of the Velocity Tower. These apartments consist of studio, one to two bedroom apartments, two level basement parking spaces, five commercial units. The Velocity Tower is situated at the center of Sheffield city as it’s within walking distance to many of the local amenities and commercial centers.
The Hive, Dubai — This property is located at the Dubai Studio City containing 200 residential units, 8 commercial retail shops, a swimming pool and other amenities within residential property. A view of the Hive is breathtaking as it features luxury and high-end technological finishing.
Ballochmyle Estate Ayrshire, Scotland — Formerly built in 1760, Ballochmyle Estate is the most prominent and one of the oldest buildings in the vicinity. The big mansion-like building features 29 luxurious apartments.
Nottingham One, England — For the perfect completion of the project, Select Group and its subsidiaries earned an award of the best developer in 2014. Also, in 2016 Select Group won the Riba east Midlands awards by the Royal Institute of British Architects. Having its own foot bridge, the Nottingham One is now one of the city’s favorite places and landmarks.
Alexandra Tower, Liverpool — Acquired in 2015 by Select Group, Alexandra Tower is located just next to river Mersey. It was thoroughly refurbished two years later and currently, Alexandra Tower stands as the 6th tallest building in Liverpool city, England.
