Golf City Community Guide

DWC Golf City is a part of the 140 sq. km. innovative project, Dubai South, developed in collaboration with Emaar Properties. The project includes five clusters: Residential City, Commercial City, Aviation City, Logistics City, and Golf City. The district has all the necessary infrastructure, including shops, residential buildings, hotels, offices aiming to provide a comprehensive living experience for residents and professionals working in the area.

Facilities and attractions

Golf City promises a range of facilities, designed to offer a high-standard living experience. It will host two grand 18-hole golf courses, accompanied by a luxury clubhouse and pro-shop equipped with golfing uniforms and accessories. Residents will also have access to high-end restaurants and a 5-star boutique hotel, intended to draw tourists to this part of Dubai.

The development is also set to launch an eco-friendly transport system and a bus station at the EXPO 2020 site, improving connectivity for residents.
