Al Zahia

Al Zahia, an Arabic word meaning "blooming" and "bright," inspired the creation of a district by the same name. The project spans over 1,000,000 square meters and includes 2,270 real estate properties: villas, townhouses, and apartments. The construction of the complex was completed in 2022. It represents a new concept of residential real estate in Sharjah: embodying traditional values of Sharjah, modern construction standards and area design, and eco-conscious with a BREEAM certification, recognized by the international professional community.

Al Zahia is the result of a collaboration between the developer Majid Al Futtaim Properties and the government company Sharjah Asset Management.
