Safa Park - a real green oasis in the city center, located near the Dubai Canal. The park has a lake with water canals, numerous comfortable cafes, and barbecue areas. For children, there is a mini railway and a play city with streets and a roadway, attractions and trampolines, a football field, volleyball, and basketball courts.

Oasis Mall shopping center, Spinneys Umm Suqeim supermarkets, Carrefour Market, Spinneys and Choithrams, Union Coop Safa Jumeirah hypermarket, many grocery stores, and household services.

The Splash n Party waterpark for children from 0 to 12 years old, as well as Magic Planet – Mall of the Emirates, one of the largest family entertainment centers in Dubai with a go-kart track and a climbing wall.
